What You Need

Mga Kakailanganin Mo

  • White vinegar — regular cooking vinegar works (~₱15/bottle at any sari-sari store)
  • Baking soda — 2-3 tablespoons (~₱15-25/pack)
  • Spray bottle — or just use a bowl and rag
  • Sponge or soft cloth — avoid steel wool on glass (it scratches)
  • Baking soda — 2-3 kutsara (~₱15-25/pack)
  • Spray bottle — o pwede ring gumamit ng mangkok at basahan

Steps

Mga Hakbang

  1. Spray vinegar on the stained areas

Fill your spray bottle with undiluted white vinegar and spray it generously onto the water stains. If you don't have a spray bottle, soak a cloth in vinegar and press it against the surface. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

  2. Make a baking soda paste and scrub

Mix 2-3 tablespoons of baking soda with a little water to form a thick paste. Apply the paste to the stained areas on top of the vinegar — it will fizz. Scrub gently in circular motions with your sponge.

  3. Let it sit, then wipe

Let the paste sit for another 5 minutes to break down stubborn mineral deposits. Then wipe clean with a damp cloth. For glass, buff with a dry microfiber cloth or crumpled newspaper for a streak-free finish.

  4. Rinse and dry

Rinse the surface with clean water and dry immediately with a towel. Drying right away prevents new water spots from forming.

  3. Hayaan at punasan

  4. Banlawan at patuyuin
